Our events and Services are intended for adults. Age requirements vary based on the venue, city, province, state, and country in which the event is held, and are subject to local liquor and safety regulations. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you represent that you meet the applicable legal age to attend and, where required, consume alcohol. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification for entry.

Entry is always subject to venue rules, capacity limits, and security discretion.

Tickets for our events are sold through third-party ticketing platforms. All sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled in full. If an event is rescheduled or relocated, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date or venue, and refunds will not be issued except where required by applicable law. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers.

Certain events may specify a dress code. When a dress code is stated in the event description, marketing materials, or ticket listing, we reserve the right to enforce it at the venue. Guests who do not adhere to a stated dress code may be denied entry without refund.

By attending any NAZAARA or TAMASHA Worldwide event, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, and live media capture may take place. You may appear in photographs or recorded media that may be used for marketing, promotional, archival, or commercial purposes in perpetuity, in any media format now known or later developed, without compensation.

Because event environments may capture large groups, full removal of a guest's likeness from promotional media is not guaranteed. If you require accommodation, you must contact us before the event at contact@nazaara.live.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and by submitting your contact information through the Site or through any ticketing or event registration platform, you expressly consent and opt in to receive email and SMS/text communications from us, including event updates, announcements, marketing messages, promotional offers, and brand-related communications. You may unsubscribe from email marketing at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails and may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. The collection and use of your personal information in connection with these communications is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

The Site and all content on it, including logos, trademarks, images, videos, audio, event branding, artwork, layouts, and website code are owned by TAMASHA Worldwide Inc. or CASA Events & Marketing Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Site or any NAZAARA or TAMASHA owned content without prior written permission.

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Site or any event. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass security systems at venues, using bots or automated tools to acquire tickets, engaging in harassment, or violating venue safety policies. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual whose behavior we determine to be unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

Events may involve loud music, lighting effects, strobe effects, and crowded environments. By attending, you assume all risks associated with participation, including personal injury or property loss. The Site and Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Site or attendance at an event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total amount you paid for your ticket, if any. In no event will TAMASHA Worldwide be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAMASHA Worldwide and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of tickets, or attendance at an event.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.

We may update these Terms at any time. The Last Updated date indicates the effective version. Continued use of the Site or attendance at events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
