Last Updated: October 29, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how TAMASHA Worldwide Inc. and its affiliated entities (collectively, "TAMASHA Worldwide", "we", "our", or "us"), including the event brand NAZAARA, collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you interact with our website at www.nazaara.live, sign up for communications, purchase tickets through third-party ticketing platforms, or attend our events (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, submitting your information, purchasing a ticket, or attending an event, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information directly from you when you sign up to receive updates, join waitlists, submit RSVP or table requests, contact us through online forms or email, or engage with us on social channels. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, city or region, and any details you voluntarily provide in your communications with us.
When you purchase tickets, the purchase is processed through third-party ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite, Universe, Flite, DICE, TicketWeb etc. These platforms may share certain purchase-related details with us, including your name, email address, ticket type, and attendance information. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receiving marketing communications from us, including email and SMS/text messaging.
We may also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, device and browser information, activity on our website, and the link or advertisement that referred you to our site. We may use cookies, tracking pixels, and analytics tools to support these functions.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve our events, communications, and website. This includes providing event updates, confirmations, venue details, and customer support. We also use personal information to send marketing and promotional communications, including event announcements, presale opportunities, and news about upcoming experiences. With your consent, we may contact you by email or SMS/text message.
We may personalize your experience, including tailoring content or promotional messaging to your city, interests, or previous engagement. We also use information for internal analysis, research, and reporting to better understand event demand, marketing performance, and customer engagement. In addition, we may use information to comply with venue access laws, enforce age restrictions, ensure safety and security at events, improve our website functionality, and develop new event offerings. We may combine the information we collect with information from ticketing partners or promotional collaborators. We may also aggregate or de-identify information and use or disclose such data for any lawful purpose.
3. When We Disclose Your Information
We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers, including marketing platforms, analytics tools, ticketing processors, customer communication systems, cloud hosting providers, and professional advisors who assist in operating the Services. We may also share information with venue and event partners, including security teams, where necessary to manage guest lists, safety protocols, and event operations. We may share information with advertising and analytics partners to support promotion on third-party platforms. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect health or safety, to enforce our Terms & Conditions, or in connection with corporate transactions such as mergers or financing. We do not sell personal information.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (If Applicable)
Where required by law, we process personal information based on one or more of the following grounds: to fulfill our contractual commitments to you (such as providing event access), based on your consent (such as receiving marketing communications), in furtherance of our legitimate interests (such as operating and promoting events, improving security, and preventing fraud), to comply with legal obligations, or to protect vital interests in urgent situations.
5. International Users & Cross-Border Transfers
Our Services are operated in the United States. Personal information may be stored or processed in the United States or Canada. By using our Services, you consent to such cross-border transfers. For Canadian users and events, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If users in the EU or UK interact with our Services, we handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles and safeguards.
6. Personalized Content & Advertising
We use analytics and advertising tools to understand website usage and to provide personalized or interest-based advertising. We may tailor communications or advertisements you see on our website or on other digital platforms using cookies, tracking pixels, device identifiers, and hashed email data. You may control or limit certain advertising features through your browser settings, advertising preferences on major platforms, and industry opt-out tools. At this time, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals due to an absence of established standards.
7. Your Rights & Choices
You may unsubscribe from email marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails. You may opt out of SMS/text communications by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@nazaara.live. Because we do not meet the applicability thresholds under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California-specific rights and opt-out controls are not required at this time. If our eligibility status changes, we will update this Policy.
8. Photography & Media Consent
By attending any NAZAARA or TAMASHA Worldwide event, you acknowledge that the event may be filmed or photographed and that you may appear in event footage or images. You agree that such media may be used in perpetuity for marketing, promotional, archival, and commercial purposes. Requests for accommodation must be made before the event by emailing contact@nazaara.live. Because event photography often includes crowd shots, complete removal cannot always be guaranteed.
9. Security & Retention
We take steps to safeguard personal information using technical and organizational security measures. However, no system is completely secure. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy and to comply with legal and operational requirements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, or archive it in a secure manner.
10. Children
Our events and Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Policy or the Services must be brought in Austin, Texas.
